About DYNASAFEMission
Our mission is “to be the leading global supplier of explosion containment equipment as well as equipment for safe destruction of munitions”. History  DYNASAFE AB was established in 1991 but originates from the Bofors group of companies which was founded already in 1646.
The business of DYNASAFE has continuously been growing with increased turnover, more employees and a stable high commitment within research and development.
Technology
DYNASAFE products are built on in-house competence based on own technology and technical solutions. One competitive strength, is the high internal engineering capacity, which enables development of new technical designs and solutions for our clients.
Over the last 10 years DYNASAFE has been a key driving force in the development of international safety equipment with a number of important safety innovations:
• First supplier to produce a gas-tight explosion containment vessel. • First manufacturer to produce an automatic opening/closing mechanism, allowing remote control. • First, and still only, manufacturer to produce a bomb chamber with hemispherical opening/closing, maximizing the size of the chamber opening. • First supplier to provide a radioactive shielding protecting against “dirty bombs”. • First manufacturer to deliver a bomb containment chamber with internal heating, enabling batch type of destruction inside the chamber without opening. For the past 15 years DYNASAFE has delivered products and plants to more than 30 countries world wide.
Location
DYNASAFE head office is located in Karlskoga, Sweden, a halfway point between the Scandinavian capitals Stockholm and Oslo. DYNASAFE Germany is located in Mülheim, Germany, in the central Rhine-Ruhr area.
